How do I log in as a member?
Use the login pop-up in the upper right corner.
 
I have lost my PIN-code. How do I get a new one?
Click the "Get a new PIN-code" link in the login pop-up window. You are asked to enter your secret question. If you did not enter a secret question when you registered you must get in contact with the member service to be able to retrieve a new PIN-code.
 
I entered my membership number in the booking detail screen but it's not showing on the reservation?
You must login to your membership page before you make a reservation in order to get your membership number on your reservation. Only reservations booked through your account will be visible on your membership page.
 
I am missing points from a stay. How do I report that?
Login to your membership account and use the missing points form located under the "My account and bookings" tab.
 
How can I see my reservations when I am logged in to my Frequent Guest Programme account?
Reservations made when you were logged in will be visible on your membership page under the "Future bookings" tab. If you have made reservations via the Call Centre or the hotel direct they will not be shown on this page.
