If you lose your membership card, it will take about three weeks after notification for a new card to be posted to you. If you stay with us in the meantime, simply quote your membership number to receive the benefits and points that you are entitled to as a frequent guest. If you don’t have your membership number, you can get help via Member Services by contacting Scandic reservation and customer service.
