We want you to enjoy your stay every time you're here, which is why we tailor your corporate agreement to suit your staff and their travel habits.

Our corporate agreements are primarily aimed at companies that book over 50 nights at a particular hotel or a least 300 nights across different Scandics in one year. The agreements are mainly for those who have staff travelling in the week, but can also cover weekends. If you require fewer than 50 nights at Scandic per year, we recommend Scandic Bonus Cheques. 

Different types of corporate agreement

You tell us what you need, and we will suggest which type of corporate agreement would suit you best. For example:

• A corporate agreement for those who book over 300 hotel nights in total across different Scandics in one year.
• You can have a special agreement if you often travel to particular countries or visit different hotels within Scandic on a regular basis.
• People who often hold meetings at our hotels would benefit from a corporate agreement.
• We can also arrange special meeting agreements that offer a further discount on our great value packages, if they are mutually beneficial.

• What are your company's travel habits like (groups, frequent every week, at short notice)?
• Are there any destinations/cities that you visit more often than others?
• On which days of the week do you usually require hotel rooms?
• Do you have contact with a travel agent or do you use a special booking system?
